Family Law Information Centres are a service provided by Alberta Justice to give you information if you want to make a family law application and to help you learn about the Child Support Guidelines and other areas of family law
The Family Law Information Centres can provide you with information about:
~the Child Support Guidelines, including the tables for each province;
~how to calculate child support;
~how to apply for or change a Queen’s Bench Order in Alberta in various family law matters, such as child support, spousal support and child custody or access; and
~how to oppose an family law application in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta
